Balance Acupuncture & Massage
As an acupuncturist and a body worker, I incorporate the ancient art of acupuncture with the balancing effects of energy as well as therapeutic massage, all at affordable prices. I believe that in order to establish and maintain health and wellness our whole being must be considered and nurtured.
I believe that nutrition plays a huge role in our well being and would like to encourage everyone to contact your local farmers and get involved with a local CSA, eat as organically as possible and as many fruits and vegetables as possible.
I believe that caring for yourself should be your most important activity. Take time for yourself, meditate, do yoga, exercise, go for walks, spend time with nature, live simply and appreciate your life. Get massages and keep loose. Get acupuncture as a preventative medicine as opposed to a last resort!
